Maximize system uptime through Preventive Maintenance
The Preventive Maintenance Visit includes visual and electronic inspection of the UPS system to ensure it is
performing to all defined technical and environmental specification.

Verify UPS environment within specify conditions
Verify proper airflow of fans
Check all power terminals of UPS under load for unusual temperatures
Check all remaining temperature of internal or external battery terminals
Verify actual voltage and current to the UPS display
Perform battery discharge test
Test internal static bypass
Clean dust and debris from UPS
Inspect capacitor banks for damage(if applicable)
Check that all control wires and power are properly seated and undamaged inside UPS
Check proper torque of power connections inside and outside UPS
Visual inspection for external battery cabinet if applicable
The Preventive Maintenance Visit from Deam is available in two differ services:
Preventive Maintenance Visit service on a 5X8 basic, within normal working hours
Preventive Maintenance Visit service on a 7X24 basic, within normal and after working hours. And startup service outside the normal working hours, include weekend and holiday
